Abstract:

In the article essence of concept «territory» and specifying category is analysed «rural» in a context them steady development. The methodological aspects of development of rural territory taking into account influence of different factors on her forming, regional features and meaningfulness of the used economic instruments are investigational. Theoretical and methodological bases, practical experience of complex development of rural territories of countries of ЄС, are generalized. Directions of their development are offered at regional level.

Проаналізовано сутність поняття «територія» та уточнюючої категорії «сільська» у контексті їх сталого розвитку. Досліджено методологічні аспекти розвитку сільської території з урахуванням впливу різних чинників на її формування, регіональних особливостей та значущості використовуваних економічних важелів. Узагальнено теоретичні й методологічні основи, практичний досвід комплексного розвитку сільських територій країн ЄС. Запропоновано напрями їх розвитку на регіональному рівні.
