Abstract:

In the article the peculiarities of the strategic analysis of the competitiveness of the banking sector were defined and considered the scope of its holding. It is given comparative characteristics of strategic analysis with respect to tactical and operational on the basic criteria. It illustrates the questions of depending on the competitiveness of the bank on the parameters of a product that bank sells. A set of inextricably related factors that have a direct impact on the bank’s position in a competitive environment is specified. Each of them is studied and its impact on the competitiveness of the banking institution is illustrated. The method of environment separation according to the impact of institutions on the factors is proposed as well.

Визначено особливості стратегічного аналізу конкурентоспроможності у банківському секторі та розглянуто сфери його проведення, наведено порівняльну характеристику стратегічного аналізу відносно тактичного та оперативного за основними критеріями; висвітлено питання залежності конкурентоспроможності установи банку від параметрів продукту, що реалізує банк; зазначено сукупність нерозривно пов’язаних факторів, що мають безпосередній вплив на позицію банку в конкурентному середовищі. Кожен з них досліджено, проілюстровано їх вплив на конкурентоспроможність банківської установи. Запропоновано метод поділу середовища залежно від впливу установи на фактори.
