Abstract:

The article gives a justification of the need of the labour potential management for agricultural enterprise on the example of concrete enterprises of Zaporizhzhya region. The third stage of the complex assessment of agricultural enterprise`s labour potential (the assessment of effectiveness) has been carried out.

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність управління трудовим потенціалом агропромислового підприємства на прикладі конкретних підприємств Запорізького регіону. Здійснено третій етап комплексного оцінювання трудового потенціалу підприємства АПК (оцінка результативності).
