Abstract:

The article shows the peculiarities of managing a vessel company through the effective usage of the economic potential of the industry. The author overviews the peculiarities of influence of the specific features of an industry on top management of a vessel company and its information subsystems.

Досліджено особливості системи управління діяльністю судноплавної компанії на основі ефективного використання економічного потенціалу галузі. Обґрунтовано особливості впливу галузевих специфічних рис на систему правління судноплавної компанії та її інформаційних підсистем.
