Abstract:

Theoretic bases, peculiarities of essence of human resource management, and the most important elements of basic aspects have been researched. Major stages, functions, purpose and directions of human resource management in company have been determined. Possibilities of achieving the highest effectiveness of company’s activity, interaction and influence of human resource management on achieving such effectiveness have been considered. Structure of the department of human resource management has been suggested to be determined by the company’s character and scale, peculiarities of manufacturing activity.

Досліджено теоретичні засади, особливості сутності управління персоналом, найважливіші складові елементи основних аспектів. Визначено основні етапи, функції, мету і напрямки управління персоналом на підприємстві. Розглянуто можливості досягнення найбільшої ефективності діяльності підприємства та взаємозв’язок і вплив управління персоналом на досягнення такої ефективності. Запропоновано структуру служби управління персоналом визначати характером і розмірами підприємства, особливостями виробничої діяльності.
