Abstract:

The article has been dealt with equity boom period in the early 1870's in Germany and Austria-Hungary, which led to the financial crisis in 1873; basic trends in economies and securities markets in these countries have been shown as well as the process of crisis and its implications for other countries have been described.

У статті розглянуто період акціонерного буму на початку 1870-х років у Німеччині та Австро-Угорщині, що призвів до фінансової кризи 1873 р. Показано основні тенденції розвитку економічних систем і ринків цінних паперів у цих країнах, описано процес виникнення кризи та її наслідки для інших країн.
