Abstract:

The general model of human capital measurement has been presented. On the basis of the model the minimal salary in Ukraine has been calculated. The importance of consistency of salary to cost of the work done, which makes possible to preserve human capital, has been shown.

У статті представлено загальну модель вимірювання людського капіталу. На основі даної моделі здійснено розрахунок мінімальної заробітної плати для України. Показано важливість відповідності заробітної плати вартості виконаної праці, що уможливлює збереження людського капіталу.
