Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to research hypotheses about correspondence of salary in Ukraine with theories of permanent potential growth. Analysis of minimal salary, calculated on the basis of the human capital theory, as well as its comparison with the size of minimal salary, set by legislation, have been presented. With this purpose the appropriate econometric model has been introduced. The formed model proves correctness of determining the amount of basic salary basing on the human capital theory and may be applied for calculating employee’s salaries.

Целью статьи является исследование гипотез о соответствии уровня оплаты труда в Украине теории постоянной потенциального прироста. Также в статье представлен анализ минимальной заработной платы, рассчитанной на основе теории человеческого капитала, и ее сравнение с размером минимальной заработной платы, установленной законодательством. С этой целью вводится соответствующая эконометрическая модель. Построенная модель подтверждает правильность определения размера основной заработной платы на основе теории человеческого капитала и может применяться для расчета соответствующих заработных плат работников.
