Abstract:

The critical analysis of the essence of property trust managing from the viewpoint of the property rights has been made as well as the impact onto the accounting reflection of the competence transfer in the transactions with the trust property has been detected; the peculiarities of the property management in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine have been researched.

Проведено критичний аналіз сутності довірчого управління майном через призму прав власності, встановлено вплив на відображення в бухгалтерському обліку передачі правомочностей при операціях з довірчою власністю; досліджено особливості управління майном згідно чинного законодавства України.
