Abstract:

The necessity of analysis of the perspectives of implementing modernization in industrial enterprises in terms of innovation economy has been justified. The best way of transformation of domestic enterprises to adapt and integrate into the global community has been proposed. Ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises using modernization have been defined. Authors determined that the operation and sustainable development of enterprises which is based on modernization is one of the cardinal conditions of Ukraine's economy development and a society building which is based on the effective use of scientific achievements and high technology.The number of proposals about enterprises’ potential and development management based on modernization, with the aim of its acceleration and intensification based on the unity of the individual interconnected elements which operate closely with each other are substantiated in the article. The analysis of one of the key problems of enterprises’ economic activity about modernization as the strategic direction of development of economic policy is held; some of the factors that influence the process are identified. An attempt to consider the contradictions of the industry related to the influence of these factors separately, based on critical analysis and synthesis, is made.

Аргументовано необхідність аналізу щодо перспектив впровадження модернізації у промислових підприємствах в умовах інноваційної економіки. Запропоновано оптимальний шлях трансформації вітчизняних підприємств з метою адаптації та інтеграції в світове співтовариство. З’ясовано способи підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств через введення модернізації. Визначено, що функціонування та сталий розвиток підприємств на засадах модернізації одна з кардинальних умов розвитку економіки України та побудови суспільства, що базується на ефективному використанні наукових досягнень і високих технологій. Обґрунтовано ряд пропозицій щодо управління потенціалом та розвитком підприємств на основі модернізації, з метою її прискорення та активізації, яка базується на єдності окремих взаємопов’язаних елементів, що тісно функціонують один з одним. Проведено аналіз однієї з ключових проблем господарювання підприємств щодо здійснення модернізації як стратегічного вектора розвитку економічної політики держави; визначено деякі чинники впливу на даний процес. Здійснено спробу окремо, на основі критичного аналізу і узагальнення, розглянути суперечності розвитку підприємств галузі, що пов’язані з впливом цих чинників.
