Abstract:

The article describes the evolution of the conceptual apparatus in HR management. The place and role of personnel policy in personnel management are determined. The difference of personnel policy and the policy of human resource management is found. The principle differences of human capital management through investing in it are shown. Three groups of human capital investment according to the human life cycle are singled out. The process of human capital creation and management before and during the employment is regarded. The necessity of reorientation of personnel policy to human capital management policy in modern Ukrainian companies is grounded.

Наведено еволюцію понятійного апарату в сфері управління персоналом. Визначено місце та роль кадрової політики в системі управління персоналом підприємства. Встановлено її відмінність від політики управління людськими ресурсами. Зазначено принципові відмінності управління людським капіталом через інвестиції в нього. Виділено три групи інвестицій в людський капітал за етапами життєвого циклу людини. Розглянуто процес формування та управління людським капіталом до його прибуття на підприємство та впродовж трудового життя. Обґрунтовано необхідність переорієнтації кадрової політики сучасних українських підприємств на політику управління людським капіталом.
