Abstract:

Transactions with seized property is the subject of audit in the direction of their performance management procedure. The article describes the stages to audit the effectiveness of seized property (organizational and methodical), the auditor determined action on each of the selected stages. Described the typological structure of risks stage of confiscated property as the object of the audit.

Операції з конфіскованим майном є об’єктом аудиту в напрямі управління ефективністю їх провадження. Описано етапи здійснення аудиту ефективності управління конфіскованим майном (організаційний та методичний), визначено дії аудитора на кожному з виділених етапів. У розрізі методичного етапу наведено типологічну структуру ризиків, що ідентифіковані відносно конфіскованого майна як об’єкта аудиту.
