Abstract:

The essence of intangible assets of an enterprise has been disclosed. Their place in enterprise’s activity and provision of competitive advantage under conditions of market have been determined. The role of the secretiveness principle in providing the security of the owner’s capital has been reviewed.

Рассмотрена сущность неосязаемых активов предприятия. Определено их место в предпринимательской деятельности и обеспечении получения конкурентного преимущества в условиях рыночных отношений. Рассмотрена роль принципа скрытности в обеспечении защиты капитала собственника.
