Abstract:

Theoretical issues of organization reengineering business process management, and it made a retrospective analysis of publications and summarizes the most common approaches to the implementation of business process reengineering. On the basis of processed techniques identified their strengths and weaknesses on which the proposed theoretical concepts and methodological support implementation of reengineering, based on the principles of the theory of process, system control and quality management system, the principles focus on the goal, continuous improvement and making decisions based on facts, which provides for the full cycle of business process reengineering management, starting with the formation of goals diagnostics business processes and the implementation of enterprise reengineering species and assessing its efficiency to enhance business efficiency and gain competitive advantages in both domestic and foreign markets.

Досліджено теоретичні питання щодо організації реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів управління, а саме здійснено ретроспективний аналіз публікацій та узагальнено найбільш поширені підходи до реалізації реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів. На основі опрацьованих методик виділено їх переваги та недоліки, на базі яких запропоновано теоретичні положення та методичне забезпечення запровадженняреінжинірингу. Він ´рунтується на засадах теорії процесного, системного управління та системи менеджменту якості, принципах орієнтації на мету, постійного поліпшення і прийняття рішень на підставі фактів, що передбачає запровадження повного циклу реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів управління, починаючи зі становлення цілей, діагностики бізнес-процесів і підприємства до імплементації виду реінжинірингу та оцінки його ефективності з метою підвищення рівня ефективності підприємств, та посилення конкурентних переваг на національних та закордонних ринках.
