Abstract:

The study methods of ecological and economic analysis of priority facilities management of economic and ecological security was found the lack of indicators and mechanisms of their use which significantly lowers the quality of the information space management. To solve this problem, the author develops the proprietary methods of ecological and economic analysis of waste management (the analysis of production process in the partial waste management (wastecosts, wastecapacity, wastereplacement, wasteeffect) the analysis of cost of processing, of recycling and disposal of waste. The use of these techniques at industrial enterprises revealed the potential for raising the level of environmental and economic security and allowed to form the complex of measures to ensure the continuity of their operation.

У результаті дослідження методик еколого-економічного аналізу пріоритетних об’єктів управління економіко екологічною безпекою було встановлено відсутність системи показників та механізму їх застосування, що значно знижує рівень якості інформаційного простору управління. Для вирішення зазначеної проблеми в роботі розроблені авторські методики еколого-економічного аналізу системи поводження з відходами (аналіз процесу виробництва в частині поводження з відходами (відходовитратність, відходомісткість, відходозаміщення, результативність відходозаміщення)); аналізу собівартості переробки, утилізації та захоронення відходів. Застосування зазначених методик на промислових підприємствах дозволило виявити резерви підвищення рівня економіко-екологічної безпеки т сформувати комплекс заходів із забезпечення безперервності їх функціонування.
