Abstract:

The necessity of integrated structures in agriculture activity effectiveness research is substantiated. Dynamics and contemporary trends of agriculture production in agrarian sphere of economics are examined. On the base of agricultural holding official information analysis the effectiveness estimation is conducted and the conclusion about optimal size of their structural units is made. The advantages and disadvantages of integrated structures are identified and the peculiarities of their land relationships are defined. The main problem questions about the agriculture holding land expansion concerning the land lease contracts are viewed. The recommendations about the land resources rational use implementation with the aim of rural territories regeneration are designed. The problems in the sphere of land resources use, particularly ineffectiveness of state management of land resources, corruption, perspective plans of territories development absence, etc., are identified.

Обґрунтовано необхідність дослідження ефективності роботи інтегрованих структур у сільському господарстві. Досліджено динаміку та сучасні тенденції сільськогосподарського виробництва в аграрному секторі економіки. На основі аналізу офіційної інформації агрохолдингів проведено оцінку ефективності їх діяльності та зроблено висновок про оптимальний розмір їх структурних підрозділів. Висвітлено переваги та недоліки інтегрованих структур, визначено особливості формування їх земельних відносин. Розглянуто основні проблемні питання при розширенні земельних масивів агрохолдингів, що пов’язані з укладанням договорів оренди земельних угідь. Розроблено пропозиції запровадження раціонального землекористування агрохолдингами з метою відродження сільських територій. Визначено найгостріші проблеми в сфері землекористування, зокрема: неефективність державного управління земельними ресурсами, корупція, відсутність перспективних планів розвитку територій тощо.
