Abstract:

It is found that the economic conditions of domestic enterprises are characterized by a high level of instability and uncertainty which greatly complicates management processes and has a negative impact on enterprises’ activity. It is determined that adaptation acts as an application tool which allows to take into account the influence of the environment factors and ensure the interaction process of the company with its functioning environment. The nature and role of the industrial enterprises’ adaptation process to the external environment conditions are identified. The proposed concept of “responsive behavioral reaction” reflects a set of internal processes in the enterprise’s activity, implemented in response to environmental factors. The necessity of the adaptation processes improvement by constructing of an appropriate organizational-economic mechanism is substantiated. The proposed algorithm of the adaptation organizational-economic mechanism formation and its structure will ensure a systematic approach to the interaction of industrial enterprises with the external environment.

З’ясовано, що умови господарювання вітчизняних підприємств характеризуються високим рівнем нестабільності та невизначеності, що значно ускладнює управлінські процеси та негативно впливає на діяльність підприємств. Визначено, що адаптація є прикладним інструментом, що дозволяє врахувати вплив факторів зовнішнього середовища та забезпечити процес взаємодії суб’єкта господарювання з середовищем його функціонування. Ідентифіковано сутність та роль процесу адаптації промислових підприємств до умов зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано поняття «респонсивні поведінкові реакції», що відображає сукупність внутрішніх процесів у діяльності підприємства, що реалізуються у відповідь на дію чинників зовнішнього середовища. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення процесів адаптації через побудову відповідного організаційно-економічного механізму. Запропоновано алгоритм формування організаційно економічного механізму адаптації та його структурну будову, що дозволить забезпечити системний підхід до організації процесів взаємодії промислових підприємств із зовнішнім середовищем.
