Abstract:

The research is dedicated to the theoretical substantiation and formation of the methodology of assessment of the synergetic effect from the interaction of factors of influence on the enterprise’sְ rent efficiency coefficient. To manage rent and its efficiency is very effective through the management of factors which influence upon the rent. For such management it’s necessary to assess the degree of influence from the synergetic effect from the interaction of factors of influence on the resulting index. It has been found out that the synergetic effect, while the rent coefficient assessment, is formed due to the interaction of such coefficient factors as the recoupment of expenses, the resource capacity of net profit and the rent from assests the management of which will bring the desirable level of resulting index. For the assessment of the synergetic effect from the interaction of the mentioned factors the author has used the method of determination of isolated influence of factors upon the resulting index. The use of the methodology suggested will allow to manage the size and the structure of rent while the rent is being formed, and to manage rent in the way to reach the desirable level of its efficiency.

Дослідження присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню та формуванню методики оцінки синергетичного ефекту від взаємодії факторів впливу на коефіцієнт ефективності ренти підприємства. Управляти рентою та її ефективністю достатньо дієво через управління факторами, що на них впливають. При цьому важливо оцінити ступінь впливу синергетичного ефекту від взаємодії факторів впливу на результативний показник. Встановлено, що синегретичний ефект при розрахунку коефіцієнта ефективності ренти формується за рахунок взаємодії таких факторів: коефіцієнта окупності витрат, ресурсомісткості чистого доходу та рентовіддачі активів, управління якими дозволить отримати бажаний рівень результативного показника. Для оцінки синергетичного ефекту від взаємодії перерахованих факторів використано метод виявлення ізольованого впливу факторів на результативний показник. Застосування запропонованої методики дозволить управляти розміром і структурою ренти при її формуванні, а також управляти рентою так, щоб досягати бажаного рівня її ефективності.
