Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the consideration of the major problems of the Agricultural sector development on the regional level in particular. The reasons of unsatisfactory state of the Agricultural sector have been considered as well as the strategy of solving these issues by means of symbiosis between the entrepreneurs and local authorities have been outlined.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению основных проблем развития АПК в том числе и на региональном уровне. Раскрыты причины неудовлетворительного состояния агропромышленного комплекса и выделена стратегия решения данных вопросов путем симбиоза между предпринимателями и местными органами власти.
