Prerequisits, statements and dilemma of educational quality management at higher educational institution – discussion essay on evaluations and suggestions

Abstract:

Researches undertaken by author during few years as well as personal publications dedicated to problems of quality, information and knowledge management at higher schools allow synthesizing observations, evaluations and suggestions, concerning relevant prerequisites, statements, and dilemmas of education quality management at Polish Higher educational institutions under the conditions of Bologna process. Prerequisites and effective traditional scheme of management at higher educational institutions have been considered in the first paragraph of the article. Statements of suggested management holding structure at higher educational institutions have been presented in the second paragraph. In the last paragraph synthetic dilemmas of education quality management at higher schools have been considered. The aim of present discussion article is bringing up discussion in academic environment on necessity of fastest undertaking of qualitative restructuring of management at state as well as at private higher educational institutions in Poland. Replacement of present model, based on feudal and socialist models of management in higher educational institutions, for modern holding model meeting the requirements of the XXIst century, providing if with position on competitive educational market and scientific research, realization of statements of Bologna process is the condition of sine qua non development of any institution.
