Abstract:

Possibility of value (consumption-value) conception implementation for production processes’ analysis and economic development primarily of scientific and technical progress has been researched. Taking into consideration the fact that the main direction of the latter is promotion of labor efficiency, the specified conception suggests using labor economy as a criterion of innovation. Theoretical as well as methodological and methodic fundamentals of determining of practical effect and practical efficiency have been developed on the basis of this approach. In the author’s opinion, these fundamentals will allow to overcome a lot of global contradictions of modern civilization caused by scientific and technical progress.

Исследуется возможность применения полезностной (потребительно-стоимостной) концепции для анализа процессов производства и экономического развития, прежде всего, научно-технического прогресса. Учитывая, что магистральным направлением последнего является повышение производительности труда, указанная концепция предлагает использование в качестве критерия эффективности нововведений экономию (высвобождение) живого труда. На основе данного подхода разработаны теоретико-методологические и методические основы определения полезностного эффекта и полезностной эффективности, использование которых, по мнению авторов, позволит преодолеть многие порожденные научно-техническим прогрессом глобальные противоречия современной цивилизации.
