Abstract:

The essence of staff auditing has been analyzed as well as its role in the process of making strategic decisions concerning the development, saving and usage of human capital of an organization has been determined in the article.

У статті проаналізовано зміст кадрового аудиту та з’ясовано його роль в процесі прийняття стратегічних рішень стосовно розвитку, збереження та використання людського капіталу організації.
