Abstract:

It’s necessary to consider low level of motivation in the labour results of workers of agricultural enterprises in multisectoral forms of business activity, as well as insufficient concentration and production specialization in PSF. Cooperation of the subsidiary businesses on organization and machinery usage, sales of products, crediting etc. can be one of the ways of solving solve this problem.

При многоукладных формах хозяйствования нужно учитывать низкую мотивацию труда работников сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а в ЛПХ недостаточную концентрацию и специализацию производства. Решением данной проблемы может быть кооперация личных подсобных хозяйств по организации и использованию техники, сбыту продукции, кредитованию и т.д.
