Abstract:

The peculiarities of the legal form of a collective agreement as a legal regulator of industrial relations at the local level and its impact on established accounting transactions related to the provisions of collective agreements.

Досліджено особливості юридичної форми колективного договору як нормативно-правового регулятора соціально-трудових відносин на локальному рівні та встановлено її вплив на бухгалтерський облік операцій, пов’язаних з виконанням положень колективних договорів.
