Abstract:

The article substantiates the author's proposals for the enterprises’ modernization priorities, which provide a qualitatively new level of development through the targeted basis radical innovations and harmonization of integration processes implemented on the base of the presented and proposed financial and economic mechanism of investment resources management. The authors propose the set of financial and economic mechanism principles for the food industry enterprises taking into account the industry enterprises peculiarities; and when managing investment resources, this, in its turn, allows to take into consideration the peculiarities of their production activity during the modernization process conducting. The researchers suggest the modern mechanism of investment resources management, directions, elements and phases of the effective mechanism formation with the specific indicators. The article also proposes the modernization resource supply grouping forms, which enable to provide quality of enterprise’s modernization, to improve the integration of economic, technological, social, environmental and other processes aimed on success achievement with taking into account the determined conceptual approaches and key principles for the results of synergy effect achievement.

Обґрунтовано авторські пропозиції щодо пріоритету модернізації підприємств, що забезпечує якісно новий рівень розвитку за допомогою цілеспрямованих базисних радикальних нововведень і гармонізації інтеграційних процесів, що реалізуються на основі відповідно представленого та запропонованого фінансово-економічного механізму управління інвестиційними ресурсами. Для підприємств харчової промисловості запропоновано сукупність принципів фінансово-економічного механізму з урахуванням специфіки підприємств галузі, яка дозволяє врахувати в управлінні інвестиційними ресурсами особливості їх виробничої діяльності у процесі проведення модернізації. Запропоновано механізм управління інвестиційними ресурсами її впровадження, напрями, елементи та фази формування дієвого механізму з конкретними індикаторами, а також групування форм її ресурсного забезпечення, що спричиняє здатність забезпечити якість модернізації підприємства, підвищити інтеграцію економічних, технологічних, соціальних, екологічних та інших процесів, спрямованих на досягнення успіху з врахуванням визначених концептуальних підходів та ключових положень задля отримання результатів ефекту синергізму.
