Abstract:

The present study deals with the main interpretations and views of scientists on the economic category «labor potential». The conditions and factors affecting the labor potential are given. The author makes the classification and provides the general characteristic to the factors, which characterize the mechanism of formation of the labor potential. The detailed description of the main components and the components of the labor potential at the enterprise has been determined, analyzed and provided. The levels of the labor potential manifestation are summarized, and examined, and the explanation is given to each of them. The general characteristic of the constituent elements of workers’ labor potential is provided. The principal data of the labor potential at the micro level are provided. The main types of the labor potential at the enterprise are singled out and characterized in detail by the level of aggregated estimates, by the range of coverage of opportunities, by the nature of participation in the production and economic process and by the place in the socio-economic system of the enterprise. Considerable attention is paid to the views of scientists on the main methods of assessing the labor potential of the enterprise.

У даній роботі розглянуто основні трактування та погляди вчених на економічну категорію «трудовий потенціал». Наведено умови та фактори, що впливають на трудовий потенціал. Проведено класифікацію та надано загальну характеристику факторам, якими характеризується механізм формування трудового потенціалу. Визначено, проаналізовано та надано детальну характеристику основним компонентам та складовим трудового потенціалу підприємства. Узагальнено та розглянуто рівні прояву трудового потенціалу, та надано кожному з них пояснення. Надано загальну характеристику складових елементів трудового потенціалу працівників. Надано основні характеристики трудового потенціалу на макрорівні. Виокремлено та детально охарактеризовано основні видові прояви трудового потенціалу підприємства за рівнем агрегованості оцінок, за спектром охоплення можливостей, за характером участі у виробничо-господарському процесі та за місцем у соціально-економічній системі підприємства. Значна увага в роботі приділяється поглядам вчених на основні методи оцінювання трудового потенціалу підприємства.
