Abstract:

The article has formed and justified a new approach to determining the security of an enterprise: a guarantee approach. The concept of economic guarantees is defined. It is shown that, on the one hand, guarantees are used to ensure economic security, and on the other hand, economic security itself is the guarantee of harmonious development and competitiveness of the enterprise. The classification of guarantees is developed. It is proposed to include temporary, monetary, object and other ones to the classification criteria of guarantees. It is revealed that guarantees should be calculated on the basis of complex indicators. For the first time it is suggested to evaluate the integral index of the economic guarantee of economic security of the enterprise. The author uses for this purpose the function of harmonious development guarantee, the guarantee of competitiveness, the guarantee of economic freedom and the guarantee of satisfaction of economic interests. The list of possible guarantors of safety at the enterprise is considered and supplemented. The subject of ensuring economic security was fundamentally modified. It is shown that the proposed guarantee approach, unlike existing ones, is complex, since it includes protection of the economic interests of the enterprise, harmonization of relations with stakeholders, ensuring economic freedom and enterprise development throughout the life cycle and ensuring its competitiveness.

Сформовано та обґрунтовано новий підхід до визначення безпеки підприємства: гарантійний підхід. Визначено поняття економічних гарантій. Показано, що гарантії, з одного боку, використовуються для забезпечення економічної безпеки, а з іншого боку, сама економічна безпека є гарантією гармонійного розвитку та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Розроблено класифікацію гарантій. Запропоновано до класифікаційних ознак гарантій зарахувати часові, грошові, об’єктні тощо. Виявлено, що гарантії мають розраховуватися на основі комплексних показників. Вперше запропоновано оцінювати інтегральний показник економічної гарантії економічної безпеки підприємства. Автором для цього використано функцію від гарантії гармонійного розвитку, гарантії конкурентоспроможності, гарантії економічної свободи та гарантії задоволення економічних інтересів. Розглянуто та доповнено перелік можливих гарантів безпеки на підприємстві. Принципово видозмінено суб’єкта гарантування економічної безпеки. Показано, що запропонований гарантійний підхід, на відміну від існуючих, є комплексним, оскільки враховує захист економічних інтересів підприємства, гармонізацію відносин зі стейкхолдерами, гарантування економічної свободи та розвитку підприємства протягом усього життєвого циклу та забезпечення його конкурентоздатності.
