Abstract:

The work is devoted to the improvement of theoretical approaches in determining the financial provision of transportation by public transport at the regional level. The author summarizes the concept of the «financial security» and defines the main difference from the term «financing». The systematization of key differences in the financial provision of a transport company from other financial entities of the economic sector at the national and regional levels is carried out. The disadvantages and advantages of sources of financial support are analyzed.The purpose of the article is to study theoretical approaches in determining the financial provision of transportation by public transport at the regional level.The prospects for further scientific research are the need to identify new scientific approaches and techniques to substantiate and elaborate the concept of the «financial provision of transportation by public transport». The practical application of the research should be formed in a detailed analysis of cash flow streams in the system of «state – regional authority – economic entity».The financial provision of transportation by public transport at the regional level has not been given the sufficient attention in the scientific research within the country. This fact confirms the need for a thorough analysis of the transport industry as a whole.

Удосконалено теоретичні підходи у визначенні фінансового забезпечення перевезень громадським транспортом на регіональному рівні. Автором узагальнено поняття «фінансове забезпечення» та визначено головну відмінність від терміну «фінансування». Проведено систематизацію ключових відмінностей фінансового забезпечення транспортного підприємства від інших суб’єктів господарювання економічної галузі на загальнодержавному та регіональному рівнях. Проаналізовано недоліки та переваги джерел фінансового забезпечення.Метою є дослідження теоретичних підходів у визначенні фінансового забезпечення перевезень громадським транспортом на регіональному рівні.Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень полягають у потребі визначення нових наукових підходів і методик щодо обґрунтування та деталізації поняття «фінансове забезпечення перевезень громадським транспортом». Практичне застосування дослідження необхідно сформувати у деталізованому аналізі потоків грошових надходжень у системі «держава – регіональна влада – суб’єкт господарювання».Фінансовому забезпеченню перевезень громадським транспортом на регіональному рівні приділено не достатньо уваги в наукових дослідженнях у межах країни. Такий факт підтверджує необхідність у глибокому аналізі транспортної галузі в цілому.
