Abstract:

Principles of choosing the best option of realizing the investment project at the engineering enterprises have been studied. The principles in assessing the economic effect on the stages of choosing the optimal variant of investment project at the machine-building enterprises have been defined. A performance evaluation of economic efficiency of investments based on discounted value of future earnings of machine-building enterprises have been offered.

Досліджено принципові положення вибору найкращого варіанту реалізації інвестиційного проекту підприємств машинобудування. Визначено принципи при оцінці економічного ефекту на стадіях вибору оптимального варіанту інвестиційного проекту підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано показники оцінки економічної ефективності інвестиційної діяльності з урахуванням дисконтування величини майбутніх доходів підприємств машинобудування.
