Abstract:

The issue of the modernization of the governmental internal financial control has been researched as well as the possibility of adaptation of the leading foreign experience to forming the national control model has been analyzed. The author grounds the necessity of shift from centralized internal financial control in the budgetary institutions towards decentralized one (on the example of the State Lands Agency).

Досліджено питання модернізації державного внутрішнього фінансового контролю, проаналізовано можливість адаптації передового закордонного досвіду при формуванні вітчизняної контрольної моделі, обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від централізованого до децентралізованого внутрішнього фінансового контролю в бюджетних установах (на прикладі Держземагентства).
