Abstract:

The article considers the views of scientists on the attributive content of internal control of economic entities of private ownership. Based on the realization of the peculiarities of property right and existence of the right of business entity management, here it is clarified the concept of "internal control." Accounting features of corporate management, as well as the content standards with regards to the functioning of the economic legislation of subjects of such management, the expediency allocation of internal control of property and internal control of manager.

Розглядаються погляди науковців щодо атрибутивного змісту внутрішнього контролю суб’єктів господарювання приватної форми власності. На підставі осмислення особливостей права власності на майно та наявності права управління діяльністю суб’єкта господарювання уточнено поняття «внутрішній контроль». Врахування особливостей корпоративного управління, а також змісту норм господарського законодавства щодо функціонування суб’єктів такого управління, обґрунтована доцільність виділення внутрішнього контролю власника та внутрішнього контролю керівника.
