Abstract:

The author analyzes the approaches to the interpretation of the term «derivative ». Generalization these approaches are allowed to develop their own definition of this term. The research allowed identifying characteristics of derivative financial instruments and highlighting the main their functions.

Здійснено аналіз підходів до трактування поняття «похідний фінансовий інструмент», узагальнення яких дозволило розробити власне визначення даної дефініції. Проведене дослідження дозволило виділити характерні ознаки похідних фінансових інструментів та виокремити основні їх функції.
