Abstract:

Іn this paper presents the developed risk classification of asset securitization on the basis of investment funds. Depending on the sources of risk allocated external risks (not directly related to the transaction), the risks associated with the object of securitization and risks of securitization fund. The risk classification of securitization will allow the full and timely detection of risks during the operation of asset securitization for subsequent their assessments and minimization.

Розроблено класифікацію ризиків сек’юритизації активів на основі інвестиційних фондів. Залежно від джерела походження виділено зовнішні ризики (безпосередньо не пов’язані з проведенням операції); ризики, повязані з предметом сек’юритизації та ризики фонду сек’юритизації. Запропонована класифікація ризиків сек’юритизації дозволить повною мірою та своєчасно виявляти ризики під час проведення операції сек’юритизації активів з метою подальшої їх оцінки та мінімізації.
