Abstract:

Integration is a rational way to achieve competitivebenefits, the nature ofthis benefitsaffects the type of integration interaction.To define the desired benefits(benefits of integration)isone of the mainchallenges in justifying theintegrations.Matrixofstrategic goals,based on the sources and areas of occurrence integration benefits, ways and toolsofachievingdesired benefits, is improved. This improvement is made todetermine the challenges and feasibility of association, merger/acquisition and integration.The main sources of the expected benefits are economy, potential and synergies. The main toolsfor achieving integrationsuch asfinancial, marketing, technical, technological, organizational and managerialare determined.Business areas in which integration benefitssuch asbusiness processes(operations), products and markets canbeexpected are justified.Common strategic combination with the definition of the possible importance of the integration benefitsareformulatedon the basis of improved matrix.

Інтеграція є раціональним способом досягнення конкурентних переваг, характер яких впливає на тип інтеграційної взаємодії. Одним із основних завдань при обґрунтуванні інтеграції є визначення бажаних вигід (інтеграційних переваг). Для визначення завдань та доцільності об’єднання, злиття/поглинання або внутрішньофірмової інтеграції удосконалена матриця стратегічних намірів на основі формулювання джерел та сфер виникнення інтеграційних переваг, шляхів та інструментів досягнення бажаних вигід. Основними джерелами очікуваних в результаті інтеграції переваг є економіка, потенціал та синергія. Визначені основні інструменти досягнення інтеграційних переваг: фінансові, маркетингові, техніко-технологічні, організаційно-управлінські. Обґрунтовані сфери бізнесу, в яких можна очікувати інтеграційні вигоди: бізнес-процеси (операції), продукти та ринки. На основі удосконаленої матриці сформульовані типові стратегічні комбінації з визначенням рівня важливості можливих інтеграційних переваг.
