Abstract:

The need for tax risks management at enterprise in the current economic conditions has been researched. Using the analysis of national and foreign scientific researches as well as official documents of Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine, the main groups of tax risks for taxpayers have been determined and the methods of its assessment have been outlined. The methodological approach to the assessment of tax risks using the methods of mathematical statistics for business entities has been proposed based on the ranking of tax risks.

Досліджено необхідність здійснення управління податковими ризиками підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Використовуючи аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних наукових досліджень, а також офіційні документи Міністерства доходів і зборів України, визначено основні групи податкових ризиків платників податків та виділено методи їх оцінки. На основі ранжування податкових ризиків запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки податкових ризиків суб’єктів господарювання з використанням методів математичної статистики.
