Abstract:

The article presents the interpretation of the term "enterprise competitive environment" in terms of native and foreign researchers, examined the factors that form the competitive environment and influence the condition of the company, individually M.Porter’s 5 competitive forces. An integral part of the market economy is the creation and development of a competitive environment because there is no economy without competition. Important is that the competitive environment is formed not only by market players, whose interaction is competition, but in the first place are relations between them. Reveals the conception of unfair competition and presented methods to protect the enterprise from it. Nowadays the acceleration of the integration process of the world becoming increasingly crucial issue of effective development of economy of Ukraine during its entry into the international economic system. The development of the national economy is based on building competitiveness, the main condition for which the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. In the article made conclusions regarding the formation of the competitiveness of native enterprises in the Ukrainian and world markets and key success factors in enterprise work are identifid. The article has the main activities of the enterprise market as an analysis of the competitive environment and the structure of competitive forces, study of the competition provide a very important and valuable information for the development of competitive strategy.

Наведені тлумачення терміна «конкурентне середовище підприємства» з точки зору вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників; розглянуто чинники, які формують конкурентне середовище і впливають на умови діяльності підприємства, зокрема 5 конкурентних сил М.Портера. Bажливим є те, що конкурентне середовище утворюється не лише суб'єктами ринку, взаємодія яких викликає суперництво, але, в першу чергу, – відносинами між ними. Також розкрито поняття недобросовісної конкуренції та наведені методи захисту підприємства від неї. Зроблено висновки щодо формування конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств на українському та світовому ринках та визначено ключові фактори успіху підприємства у конкурентній боротьбі.
