Abstract:

The article examines the current research questions of the health system in the context of innovative models of sustainable development. The authors note that the improve conditions of human existence are the dominant global trend of the last decades. The goal of sustainable development is to improve the quality of life in accordance with the surrounding ecological systems’ possibilities. On this basis the high standards of the population life would be consistent with its attitude to the environment as the direct continuation of human existence surrounding. A priority direction of the health system development in the context of the foregoing is to strengthen its preventive functions, in particular: improvement of the information system on health and sanitary well-being at all levels; focusing on the determinants of health, particularly harmful factors associated with lifestyles; the creation of mechanisms for rapid response to threats to health. The authors consider different theoretical approaches to the market of medical services segmentation taking into account various parameters. In addition, the article describes the main risk factors accompanying the health system and significantly affecting its operations; trends prejudice threats in this sphere.

Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы исследования системы здравоохранения в контексте инновационной модели устойчивого развития. Особое внимание акцентируется на основных проблемах системы здравоохранения на пути обеспечения устойчивого развития и необходимости поиска новых рациональных форм организации медицинского обслуживания населения. Авторы рассматривают возможные варианты сегментирования рынка медицинских услуг с учетом различных параметров; основные факторы риска, существенно влияющие на функционирование системы здравоохранения; тенденции предупреждения угроз в данной сфере.

Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы исследования системы здравоохранения в контексте инновационной модели устойчивого развития. Особое внимание акцентируется на основных проблемах системы здравоохранения на пути обеспечения устойчивого развития и необходимости поиска новых рациональных форм организации медицинского обслуживания населения.
