Розкрито організаційно-методичні аспекти організації обліку прибутку суб’єктів господарювання пивоварної промисловості на основі формування облікової політики підприємства, визначено основні її положення та шляхи їх удосконалення, особливості відображення витрат і доходів в обліковихрегістрах і звітності, запропоновано удосконалення внутрішніх документів і облікових регістрів
