Abstract:

The article discusses the nature and characteristics of fiscal adjustment income. We describe the levers and instruments offiscal control. We consider the institutional nature of fiscal adjustment and showed signs that it manifests itself. The influence of institutional uncertainty and lack of efficiency in the allocation and use of financial resources

Рассмотрена сущность и особенности фискального регулирования доходов населения.Описаны рычаги и инструменты фискального регулирования. Рассмотрена институциональная природа фискального регулирования и выявлены признаки, в которых она проявляется.Показано влияние институциональной неопределенности и недостаточности на эффективность распределения и использования финансовых ресурсов
