Abstract:

The conceptual fundamentals of venture business development in Ukraine have been researched. The essence and stagesof the venture financing of entrepreneurial projects have been considered. The negative factors which restrain the developmentof venture industry in Ukraine have been formulated. The recommendations concerning the introduction of the mechanism of application of the economic instruments for development of venture business in the context of securing the economicsovereignty of Ukraine

Досліджено концептуальні основи розвитку венчурного бізнесу в Україні. Розглянуто сутність та етапи венчурного фінансування підприємницьких проектів. Сформульовані негативні чинники, які стримують розвиток венчурної індустрії в Україні. Обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо запровадження механізму використання економічних важелів для розвитку венчурного бізнесу в контексті забезпечення економічного суверенітету країни
