In the article the contribution of conception of postindustrial development is analysed to becoming of theory of humancapital. Undertaken a study assisted the argumentation of conclusion about impermissibility of pseudo-scientific substitution of concepts, at that all more often under a human capital understand all and singular knowledge and professional skills regardless of their maintenance and effectiveness of the use

Проаналізовано внесок концепції постіндустріального розвитку у становлення теорії людського капіталу. Проведене дослідження сприяло аргументації висновку про неприпустимість псевдонаукової підміни понять, за якої все частіше під людським капіталом розуміють всі без виключення знання та професійні навички незалежно від їх змісту та результативності застосування
