Abstract:

This article is devoted to the clarification of categorical-conceptual apparatus of the strategic analysis, the need for which is due to the lack of comprehensive scientific papers on the above topic and diverging scientific approaches to determine its substantive interpretation. Based on a critical analysis of the economic literature the author highlighted planned, process, methodological, accounting, controlling and systematic approach to the interpretation of the essence of strategic analysis and determined that strategic analysis is a multifaceted, complex category. Comparative evaluation of traditional current and strategic analysis allowed to identify the distinctive signs of the latter: the necessity of taking into account the influence of environmental factors on the activity of the enterprise; long-term character; use of a specific methodology of analysis; focuson the future; special purpose and objectives of implementation. In the article a concept of strategic analysis as a function of strategic management is specified, that aims at a comprehensive all-round study of the internal and external environment of a business entity, to determine the current state of affairs of the company and identify trends, features, possible ways of its development. Determined that the conduct of scientific researches in the area of strategic analysis require the development of its generalized conceptual models and refine goals, tasks, principles and methods of strategic analysis.

Стаття присвячена уточненню категоріально-понятійного апарату стратегічного аналізу, необхідність в якому зумовлена відсутністю комплексних наукових праць з вищезазначеної тематики та різноспрямованістю наукових підходів до визначення його змістовної інтерпретації. На підставі критичного аналізу економічної літератури автором виділено плановий, процесний, методологічний, обліковий, контрольний та системний підходи до трактування сутності стратегічного аналізу і визначено, що стратегічний аналіз є багатоаспектною, комплексною категорією. Порівняльна оцінка традиційного поточного та стратегічного аналізу дозволила виділити відмінні ознаки останнього: необхідність врахування впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на діяльність підприємства; довгостроковий характер;використання специфічної методології аналізу; спрямованість на майбутнє; особлива мета і завдання здійснення. У статті уточнено поняття стратегічного аналізу як функції стратегічного управління, що спрямована на комплексне всебічне дослідження внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища суб’єкта господарювання, для визначення поточного стану справ на підприємстві та виявленнятенденцій, особливостей, можливих напрямів його розвитку. Визначено, що проведення наукових досліджень в галузі стратегічного аналізу потребує розробки його узагальненої концептуальної моделі та уточнення мети, завдань, принципів та методів стратегічного аналізу.
