Abstract:

The success of Ukraine's economic development is directly connected with the restoration and building of industrial potential of the region and coordination of the intersectoral activities within the real sector of the regional economy (RCRE). Proven content key concepts «of the real sector of regional economy» as the relative category of a market economy and an integral part of objects, program planning, which is a set of characteristics of the sectors and enterprises functioning on the territory of the region and members of the separate sectoral subsystems, and a set of external factors (state, public, political and legal structure of the country, macroeconomic management and so on), which determine the optimal interaction of branches and the ability RSRE more efficient to operate on external, internal and regional markets of the country.

Успішність економічного розвитку України безпосередньо пов'язана з відновленням та нарощенням промислового потенціалу регіону та узгодженням міжгалузевої діяльності в межах реального сектору регіональної економіки України (РСРЕ). Обґрунтовано зміст ключового поняття «реальний сектор регіональної економіки» як відносної категорії ринкового господарства та складової частини об’єктів програмного планування, що є сукупністю характеристик галузей у цілому та підприємств, які функціонують на території даного регіону та входять до складу окремих галузевих підсистем, та сукупністю зовнішніх чинників(державний, суспільний, політико-правовий устрій країни, макроекономічне регулювання тощо), які визначають оптимальну взаємодію галузей та здатність РСРЕ ефективніше функціонувати на зовнішньому, внутрішньому та регіональному ринках країни.
