Abstract:

In this article the considered necessity of development of agriculture as an important sector of the national economy. In the organizational aspect of the development of organic production requires the forming of a national system of organic production in agriculture. But production of organic products is related to the certain circle of problems that inhibit the production of this type of ecologically safe agricultural products enterprises. Today there is an urgent need for the adoption of laws that would not have controversies, contradictions and outlined the legislative scopes to the organic sector. It is necessary to be noted that the development of organic production, as a basis for environmental safety AIC, based on a combination of principles forming the system of public policies aimed at the development of organic production will reduce the human impact on the environment, improve the environmental situation, biodiversity, increase of ecological strength security, forming of agro-ecological image and growth of competitiveness of the state sector.

Розглянута необхідність розвитку АПК як важливого сектору національної економіки. В організаційному аспекті розвиток органічного виробництва потребує формуваннязагальнодержавної системи виробництва органічної продукції в АПК. Але випуск органічної продукції пов’язаний з певним колом проблем, які гальмують виробництво цього виду екологічно безпечної продукції агропромисловими підприємствами. Сьогодні є нагальною потреба у прийнятті закону, який би не мав суперечливих моментів, протиріч і окреслив законодавчі межі органічного сектору. Необхідно зазначити, що розвиток органічного виробництва, як основигарантування екологічної безпеки АПК, ґрунтується на сукупності принципів. Формування системної державної політики, спрямованої на розвиток виробництва органічної продукції, сприятиме зменшенню антропогенного навантаження на навколишнє середовище, поліпшеннюекологічної ситуації, збереженню біорізноманіття, підвищенню рівня екологічної безпеки, формуванню агроекологічного іміджу держави і зростанню конкурентоспроможності галузі.
