Abstract:

Improved theoretical principles of accounting and economic analysis of the cost of maintaining and improving water management facilities, resulting in established that the term "expenses" and «costs» are interchangeable in terms of costs for the creation, maintenance and improvement of water management facilities in BC 'connection with the fact that: 1) expenditure is part of the costs, as noted above; 2) current chart of accounts provided the term «expenditure», this concept covers only the Budget Code of Ukraine and economic classification of expenditures

Удосконалено теоретичні положення бухгалтерського обліку та економічного аналізу витрат на утримання та поліпшення водогосподарських об’єктів, в результаті чого встановлено, що поняття «видатки» та «витрати» є взаємозамінними в частині витрат на створення, утримання та поліпшення водогосподарських об’єктів у зв’язку з тим, що:1) видатки є складовою частиною витрат, про що зазначено вище; 2) чинним Планом рахунків не передбачено поняття «видатки», дане поняття передбачено лише Бюджетнимкодексом України та економічною класифікацією видатків
