Abstract:

Determination of efficiency of facilities of labour, including aircrafts that have wide distribution, is an important task. Level of appropriate methodological base largely influences on the creation of optimal product design and saving all kinds of resources. In this regard, the analysis of domestic and foreign sources to assess the effectiveness of innovations is conducted. It is shown that mainly four well-known indexes of calculation of effect of innovations are examined such, as a net present value, internal rate of return, internal rate of return, pay-back period. For today the index of profitability, which is very important for the estimation of both development and introduction of separate innovations and estimation of activity of business entities, absents in vast majority of official methodical materials. The impossibility of identifying of indexes of profit and net present value is shown. It is exposed, that in existent methodical materials is given insufficient attention to the calculation of effect in the field of consumption of innovations, where their actual final effect is defined. Methods of an assessment of social and economic efficiency of application of innovations in different types of productions, determination of efficiency from decrease in size of risk at realization of means of labor are demanded further development. The analysis of theoretical and methodological bases of determination of effect of aircrafts is executed also. The necessity of further development of socio-economic estimation of increase of major consumer properties of airplanes is set such, as their reliability and longevity. Paid attention to requirement of improvement of methods of calculation of expenses in exploitation of aircrafts, of establishment their numeral, including normative values. Similar recommendations are also belonged to the estimation of efficiency of small aircrafts.

Визначення ефективності засобів праці, в т. ч. літальних апаратів, які мають широке застосування, є важливим завданням. Рівень відповідної методичної бази значною мірою впливає на створення оптимальних конструкції виробів, економію всіх видів ресурсів. У зв’язку виконано аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних джерел з оцінки ефективності нововведень. Показано, що в них розглядаються відомі показники розрахунку ефекту нововведень: чистий грошовий дохід, чиста поточна вартість, коефіцієнт чистої поточної вартості, внутрішня норма доходності, строк окупності. На сьогодні у переважній більшості офіційних методичних матеріалів відсутній показник прибутковості, який дуже важливий для оцінки як розробки і впровадження окремих нововведень, так і діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва. Показано неможливість ототожнювання показників прибутку та чистої поточної вартості. Акцентовано, що недостатню увагу в існуючих методичних матеріалах приділено розрахунку ефекту у сфері споживання інновацій, де саме визначається їх фактичний кінцевий ефект. Потребують подальшого розвитку методи оцінки соціально-економічної ефективності застосування інновацій у різних видах виробництв, визначення ефективності від зниження величини ризику при реалізації засобів праці. Виконано також аналіз теоретико-методичних засад визначення ефекту літальних апаратів. Визначено необхідність подальшого розвитку соціально-економічної оцінки підвищення найважливіших споживчих якостей літаків надійність та довговічність. Звернуто увагу на потребу удосконалення методів розрахунку витрат в експлуатації літальних апаратів, встановлення їх чисельних, в тому числі нормативних, значень. Подібні рекомендації стосуються й до оцінки ефективності малих літальних апаратів.
