Abstract:

The objective of the research is to reveal the peculiarities of the notions of «investment-driven» and «innovative» development of the educational sphere and to establish their correlation, which proves to be topical through the necessity of determining the strategic alternatives. In the course of research, methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction and systemic approach areused to establish the essence, the specifics of the terms and to improve conceptual and category-related framework of investment management in the conditions of the educational sphere. The paper further studies the interpretations and peculiarities of employing the notions of «investment-driven» and «innovative» development of education, which essentially differ in content (by objects, momenta, conditions). Complete dissociation of those is not expedient taken that «investment-driven» development provisions the further «innovative» development and serves as its primary condition. Unifying these categories in the course of the research renders beyond reach those aspects of investment activity, which are not defined as «innovative». The scientific novelty of the attained results lies with the thorough substantiation of the definition of notion of «investment-driven educational sphere development» and its peculiarities as well as its distinctions with «innovative». Practical significance of the findings consists in establishing a more full-scope implementation of the provisions of «National Doctrine for Development of Education in Ukraine» within the activity of entities of educational sphere.

Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей понять «інвестиційний» та «інноваційний» розвиток сфери освіти й встановлення їх співвідношення, що через необхідність визначення стратегічних альтернатив є актуальним. У процесі дослідження для встановлення сутності й особливостей термінів, вдосконалення понятійно-категоріального апарату інвестиційного менеджменту в умовах освітньої сфери використано методи теоретичного узагальнення і порівняння, аналізу та синтезу, метод наукової абстракції, системний підхід. Досліджено трактування та особливості застосування понять «інвестиційний» та «інноваційний» розвиток сфери освіти, що є різними за змістом (об’єктами, рушійними силами та умовами) поняттями. Їх повне відокремлення недоцільно через те, що «інвестиційний» розвиток забезпечує подальший «інноваційний» та є його головною умовою. Об’єднання цих категорій під час досліджень залишає за межами ті аспекти інвестиційної діяльності, які не є «інноваційними». Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні визначення поняття «інвестиційний розвиток сфери освіти», його особливостей й відмінностей від «інноваційного». Практична значущість отриманих результатів полягає у забезпеченні більш повного впровадження положень «Національної доктрини розвитку освіти» в діяльності суб’єктів освітньої сфери.
