Abstract:

This article explores the instruments of asset securitization on the basis of investment funds According to the proposed national model of asset securitization on the basis of investment funds developed the financial instruments, which provide its implementation. Depending on the opportunities the payment management proposed to service the operations of asset securitization by investment certificates with replenishment and without the possibility of replenishment. The use of financial instruments without the possibility of replenishment envisages a simple and low-cost operation of redirecting funds from the originator to the investors in the form of investment income by certification of securitization fund. The instruments with replenishment allow not only to redirect payments for operations of assets securitization, but also to manage them in order to minimize risks.

Досліджуються інструменти сек’юритизації активів на основі інвестиційних фондів. Відповідно до запропонованої вітчизняної моделі сек’юритизації активів на основі інвестиційних фондів, розроблено фінансові інструменти, що забезпечують її реалізацію. Залежно від можливості управління платежами запропоновано обслуговувати операції сек’юритизації активів інвестиційними сертифікатами з можливістю поповнення або без можливості поповнення. Використання фінансових інструментів без можливості поповнення передбачає просту та малозатратну операцію перенаправлення коштів від оригінатора до інвестора як інвестиційний дохід за сертифікатом фонду сек’юритизації. Інструменти з можливістю поповнення дозволяють не лише перенаправляти платежі за операціями сек’юритизації активів, а й здійснювати управління ними з метою мінімізації ризиків.
