Abstract:

The meaning of risk as an economic category, causes (the connection between the concepts of «risk» and «uncertainty») and its functions were examined in the article. The analysis and assessment methods of risks in agriculture were investigated. Organizational and economic methods for reducing risks to ensure minimal damage to its economic activity, the recommended basic principles which must be followed when choosing a management strategy in a particular situation, from which developed a number of activities for minimizing the risk: risk prevention; acceptance of risk; risk sharing. Organizational and economic methods risks reducing are ensurance minimal damage to its business activities, recommendations of basic principles which must be followed when choosing a management strategy .

Розглянуто зміст ризику як економічної категорії, причини виникнення (зв’язок між поняттями «ризик» та «невизначеність») та його функції. Здійснено аналіз і наведено методи оцінювання ризиків. Розглянуто організаційно-економічні методи зниження ризиків для забезпечення його мінімальної шкоди господарській діяльності, рекомендовані основні принципи, яких необхідно дотримуватись, обираючи ту чи іншу стратегію діяльності.
