Abstract:

The study presents current state of the national labor market and highlights its main trends. We have substantiated the necessity for building institutional support to the labor market in order to meet the needs of Ukrainian economy for innovative development in integrated environment.Measures for promotion of labor market in Ukraine should be: systematization of indicators evaluating its effectiveness; involvement in the assessment of both domestic and foreign experts; permanently identify weaknesses in the institutional support labor market; improving the infrastructure of the labor market. Of particular interest in promoting the efficient functioning of the labor market include the adoption of the concept that would provide incentives for innovative development of institutional support for the labor market. Important for rebirth of man's relation to labor should belong to such institutions as education, culture, family and church.Strategy for the development of effective national labor market should be based on the innovation focus of its institutions, to increase the competitiveness of the workforce and increasing the efficiency of its use in the region.

Проаналізовано сучасний стан національного ринку праці, виявлено його основні тенденції розвитку. Обґрунтовано необхідність розбудови інституційного забезпечення ринку праці, яке б відповідало потребам інноваційного розвитку економіки України за умов інтеграційних процесів.Заходами активізації розвитку ринку праці в Україні мають стати: систематизація показників оцінювання його ефективності; залучення до оцінки як вітчизняних, так і зарубіжних фахівців; постійне виявлення слабких місць в інституційному забезпеченні функціонування ринку праці; вдосконалення його інфраструктури. Особлива роль у сприянні ефективного функціонування ринку праці належить прийняттю концепції, яка б передбачала стимулювання інноваційної розбудови інституційного забезпечення ринку праці. Важливе значення для відродження ставлення людини до праці має належати таким ключовим інститутам, як освіта, культура, сім’я та церква.Стратегія розвитку ефективного національного ринку праці повинна базуватися на інноваційній спрямованості діяльності його інститутів задля збільшення конкурентоспроможності робочої сили та підвищення ефективності її використання в регіонах.
